- 200g minced meat
- 50g onion
- 20g tomato paste or ketchup
- 100g fresh or canned tomatoes or 50g tomato juice instead
- 50g flour
- 2 eggs
- 100g butter or margarine
- 1/4 l milk
- 200g potatoes, salt and pepper.
How to do it
Fry finely chopped onion in a pan with 50g of butter and add the tomato puree or ketchup. Add the minced meat and fry for 15-20 minutes.
Then add the chopped tomatoes and potatoes. Continue roasting till the potatoes are ready.
Season with salt and pepper, shift in a flat pan or refractory glass bowl (the contents of its height should not exceed 5 cm).
Add 1/2 cup of water, slide the pan into the hot oven and bake until the water is not evaporated. At this time mix the eggs with milk, flour and remaining oil and pour it evenly over the surface into the pan.
Bake till it becomes golden brown on the surface.
