Ingredients:

  • 600g pork or lamb,
  • 4 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 2 onions
  • 5-6 peppers
  • 250g green beans
  • 4-5 potatoes
  • 4 small hot pepper
  • 1/2 cup green peas
  • a bunch of parsley
  • red pepper,
  • salt.

 

How to do it:

Cut meat into pieces of medium size and fry in oil with chopped onions.

Season with pepper and salt.

Shortly before the meat is ready add the peas, peeled and diced potatoes, peeled and cut into circles peppers (without seeds).

Chip parsley finely and mix with everything else.

Pour 1-2 cups of hot water and put the dish into the oven to extinguish.

In Bulgaria this dish is cooked and served in a clay pot.
