Dalmatian stewed fish
- 1kg fish (different varieties),
- 1 glass of various greens,
- 2 onions,
- 2 cloves garlic,
- tomato paste,
- red pepper,
- lemon juice, salt.
How to do it:
When the fish is cleaned, remove the bones, cut into pieces, drizzle with lemon juice, season with salt and sprinkle with red pepper.
Finely chopped fresh herbs, finely chopped onion, crushed garlic, red pepper and a few slices of lemon fry in plenty of oil at a fairly high heat.
Gently mix with tomato sauce, add chopped pieces of fish and put on a small fire simmer untilit is ready.
Before the serving of the dish, sprinkle it with herbs.
